When a large company owns a lot of smaller companies; A good example of this being Walt Disney as they own Marvel and many other companies, allowing them to be in control of the entire process of making a media product.

The BBFC or 'the British Board of Film Classification'

12A for its mild fantasy violence.

Yes because it made more than half of its budget.
